RunMyShow — how we handle your information
Effective: 18 October 2026
RunMyShow ("we", "us") is an app for bands to build setlists, run live shows and take song requests and tips from their audience. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. Questions or complaints: support@runmyshow.in.
RunMyShow uses YouTube API Services to search YouTube for songs, to play videos in the YouTube embedded player, and, for bands that turn on YouTube sync, to keep matching playlists on the RunMyShow YouTube channel. By using these features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s use of information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
We store the YouTube video ID, title and thumbnail link of songs added to setlists, and keep YouTube search results for up to 7 days so repeated searches don’t have to ask YouTube again. RunMyShow does not ask for access to your Google or YouTube account. The YouTube player may set cookies or collect data as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your information. A band’s public profile and live setlist are visible to its audience, and audience requests, names and messages are shown to the band. We use these service providers, only to run RunMyShow:
We keep your information while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time from the Delete Account page or by writing to support@runmyshow.in; we complete deletions within 30 days. Payment records may be kept longer where the law requires it. Cached YouTube search results are removed after 7 days.
RunMyShow is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell band members in the app.
