RunMyShow — the rules for using the app

Agreeing to these terms

By using RunMyShow, as a band member or as an audience member, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use RunMyShow.

YouTube

RunMyShow uses YouTube API Services for song search, video playback and YouTube playlist sync. By using RunMyShow you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Your account

  • Band members sign in with a phone number they control and are responsible for activity on their account and bands.
  • Band owners decide who can edit their bands, and are responsible for the members they add.
  • Share links give read-only access to anyone who has the link; share them carefully.

Your content

You keep ownership of the setlists, notes and other content you add, and you give us permission to store and display it to run RunMyShow for you and your audience. Lyrics, chords and videos belong to their owners; RunMyShow links to and displays them for your personal performance use, and you are responsible for having the rights you need for how you use them.

Tips

Tips are processed by Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay’s terms. RunMyShow keeps a platform fee (plus applicable GST on that fee), shown before you pay, and the rest goes to the band. Tips are voluntary and generally non-refundable; contact support@runmyshow.in about a failed or mistaken payment.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use RunMyShow to harass anyone, or to send abusive, unlawful or misleading requests or messages.
  • Do not try to break, overload, scrape or get around the limits of RunMyShow or the services it uses.
  • We may suspend accounts or remove content that breaks these rules.

Availability and liability

We work to keep RunMyShow running but provide it "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free, including features that depend on YouTube, Google, Twilio or Razorpay. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of RunMyShow.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will change the effective date above when we do. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: support@runmyshow.in.
